About Us

Welcome to the Sunset Views Unit II Homeowners Association website! Our HOA is a non-profit organization whose primary mission is to preserve and maintain the Sunset Views subdivision trend and character. We do this through the following goals: 

• Ensure common areas are maintained in excellent condition
• Strive to ensure the architectural integrity of the development is upheld
• Abide & uphold the covenants to retain the community character
